Hi there - I sent a campaign today that did not pull the first name into the greeting. I have been using the same email template for dozens of emails (make copy each time I need a new email), and never had this happen. I made ZERO changes to the greeting in today's email. How can I figure out what went wrong to ensure it doesn't happen again? Also, yesterday, while working on this specific email, as I typed text into a text box, CC would not recognize space bar spaces. Everything I typed was jammed together and I spent more time fixing this error than in the creation of the email itself. Is this a "feature" of CC that anyone else has experienced or can address tips about? Thank you!
