You'd need to log in as the account owner, and update the account info accordingly. If you're unable to login using the current owner's credentials and MFA setup, we'd need you to call in for live security confirmations. Our general phone support can then setup an ownership transfer case, and submit it to their supervisor for follow-up.
Once logged in, you'll be able to make the updates, including resetting MFA setup, changing the account addresses, the name of the owner if necessary, removing the old owner's info if necessary, etc.
