There appears to have been an issue that occurred after Outlook Protection issue was resolved, that resulted in some emails being erroneously re-sent, or even replaced based on some reports we've received. To make sure we're collecting as much info on this as possible, we need some information regarding the original sends and resends. Please send the following info to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com:
Username
Campaign Name
Example Contact(s)
Do the affected contacts use Outlook Protection?
Time the Duplicate Email was received
Email Client (Outlook365, Gmail, etc...)
Message Header Information for the Duplicate Mailing (see this article for instructions)
Either the actual text of the headers pasted into the email's body, or screencaps. Please label which came from the original sendout, and which from the duplicate / re-sends.
Additionally, if the "original" was seemingly replaced, please also make note of that in your follow-up email so we can work with Microsoft to investigate why this would have occurred. Our higher level technical teams especially need the info from the header, as they're needing to compare the original send that was supposed to come from us to the duplicates, to see what the true source of the duplicates are and make sure this is addressed.
