I never received a notification of your post on 2/23. Your notice to close the thread is the first notification I have seen! The short answer it yes. The link was to allow our subscribers to look up a piece of information for us that will help us communicate with them in the future. Please reopen the thread now that I am aware that you answered. I am submitting this "Idea" because it is Midnight Saturday, and I cannot see a quick, easy way to report an obvious defect in your email composition tool. Unlike your excellent telephone support, there just doesn't seem to be a quick, easy way to submit a defect report after hours.
Here it is: When your email editor prompts me to correct a spelling error, and I click on the suggested answer, it erases the entire paragraph in the email I'm composing. I am happy to try to reproduce the problem for you. I am composing the email on the CC website using Chrome, running on an iMac with OSX 10.14.6 (Mojave).

When I use the "Contacts" page to review my subscribers, I tend to increase the number of contacts per page to the max (500). My Internet connection is fast enough to paint the page quickly so I don't have to page through multiple pages. Brings to mind some things I would like to see to make managing contacts easier: Have the column headers stay fixed so I still can see them as I scroll down. Relocate the "Show" pulldown and the "Page x of y" field to the top so they always are available anywhere in the list. The priority is the "Page x of y" field since I quite often realize that I need to be in the other list to find the contact I wish to see. These enhancements would save me time and increase my productivity. Thanks in advance!

I would like a live link in the "Description" field to an external website. The purpose would be to help a subscriber look up a piece of information on another website. It would be very helpful to us since we cannot determine that information automatically after they sign up. To do so would require them to fill in their complete mailing address. This gives them the ability to provide this information without having to provide the rest of it. There may be other reasons to have such a link, too. Thanks in advance to the Constant Contact personnel who are monitoring these suggestions!

I composed the subject line some time ago and just saw it as a prior idea, but apparently I never sent it. I just would like to say this is a problem with CC's automatic timeout on their website. I want to complement CC on working on it because now the message occasionally tells me that I have been logged off. Apparently it is a website interaction problem. Really is nice they are working on it.

It happens so often, you MUST do something about if for your customers to keep their sanity! Too many times I have walked away from my computer, come back thinking my session is still alive. After expending a considerable amount of work, I go to save it. Then I get a message. This time is was "cannot save your work", "Refresh screen". After refreshing my screen I discover that I am not logged in and my work is gone. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! At least my bank, the only other online agency I know of that times me out on such a short leash, actually logs me out so that when I come back I know I'm logged out AND DO NOT WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME! I'm sorry for yelling, but you are the ONLY online resource I ever have used that does this, and, as you can tell, I'm really upset about it. I pay way too much for this kind of abuse.
