"Security" seems to be a pat answer to everything done to make us users less productive. You would think we would know when our machine is physically secure or not. I am not considering leaving Constant Contact, but others on this thread are. For this reason! I have perhaps one suggestion, which I know nothing of the feasibility: Store the user's progress so that when they log back on their session and all their work is automatically recoverable. Short of that, you need to adjust the time as requested. In the past I have been impressed with CC's customer service. This non-committal answer will cost customers. You at CC need to decide what loss of customers and good will you are willing to accept.

I am submitting this "Idea" because it is Midnight Saturday, and I cannot see a quick, easy way to report an obvious defect in your email composition tool. Unlike your excellent telephone support, there just doesn't seem to be a quick, easy way to submit a defect report after hours. Here it is: When your email editor prompts me to correct a spelling error, and I click on the suggested answer, it erases the entire paragraph in the email I'm composing. I am happy to try to reproduce the problem for you. I am composing the email on the CC website using Chrome, running on an iMac with OSX 10.14.6 (Mojave).

When I use the "Contacts" page to review my subscribers, I tend to increase the number of contacts per page to the max (500). My Internet connection is fast enough to paint the page quickly so I don't have to page through multiple pages. Brings to mind some things I would like to see to make managing contacts easier: Have the column headers stay fixed so I still can see them as I scroll down. Relocate the "Show" pulldown and the "Page x of y" field to the top so they always are available anywhere in the list. The priority is the "Page x of y" field since I quite often realize that I need to be in the other list to find the contact I wish to see. These enhancements would save me time and increase my productivity. Thanks in advance!

I composed the subject line some time ago and just saw it as a prior idea, but apparently I never sent it. I just would like to say this is a problem with CC's automatic timeout on their website. I want to complement CC on working on it because now the message occasionally tells me that I have been logged off. Apparently it is a website interaction problem. Really is nice they are working on it.
