Why does feedback go to a customer forum. Does any one at Constant Contact look at Feedback?. Will I ever get a response from Constant Contact?

It would be helpful of I could duplicate a series of emails rather than add email steps one by one. I am building an email campaign that includes a base email. I would like to duplicate that 31 times and then edit that message for each one.
