While we're always open to ways we can better our user's experience and make sure the best information is being shared, the webinar you mentioned was not actually hosted by Constant Contact directly. Instead it was hosted by a third party. Because of this we would recommend reaching out to the host directly either through your confirmation email or the host's direct contact email.
