Hello @FirstNameL46177 ,   If you're having trouble uploading your list of contacts, I'd advise calling our general support so they can securely assist with collecting your contact file and uploading it for you.   Generally speaking however, your contact file needs to be in either .CSV, .XLS / .XLSX, .TXT, or .VCF file type.
