Hi @MaryM1825. Receiving these prompts can happen for a few different reasons:
Previously deleting your cookies or clearing your web browser's cache
Logged in from a different web browser
Using VPN or different IP addresses
Accessing Constant Contact in an incognito or private browser window
Using a shared login between multiple people where they are accessing the account from a different location or computer
The prompt appears when our system recognizes an unrecognized device. MFA cannot be turned off as this is a security feature to protect your account.
