Hello @boxd ,   To automatically send an email to new contacts, you can create a welcome email which can be configured to send to new contacts that join a list.   Typically, the list associated with the welcome email is also associated with a sign up form that can be added to your website, or a Landing Page used to collect new contacts.  ...
