Hi, For the last few weeks there has been a bug in the CC software. Whilst I am busy creating and editing a campaign, I often get a time-out message from the CC software saying that it looks like I have left, and it starts the 15 minute count down timer to log off. This should not be happening, because I am busy working, editing the campaign, and saving, then editing and saving, repeatedly. This is very annoying. And i would love to send this feedback direct to the CC developers, but I cannot find a link to do that (that is also very annoying - another company that actively discourages direct feedback). Whilst you have made improvements to Contact Management in recent months; there is still ONE BIG ISSUE - When exporting all contacts (many hundreds), your export STILL stuffs all lists that a contact is in, into just ONE field in the export file. A couple of years ago, your export actually exported the details in a very much more useful manner - with a column in the export table for each List. That was very useful. Your current export is USELESS for quickly browsing al the contacts in each list and in multiple lists. I complained about this over a year ago, and it is still not addressed - not even a reply!@!!!!

Ok, sorry to be blunt and rude; but this is getting ridiculous. I am less and less likely to recommend CC to my friends and colleagues. You keep taking away useful features, and then upgrade the monthly fees!!! When "Resending" an email, we used to be able to see two things: (a) the number of new email addresses to which it will be sent, and (b) a list of those email addresses. Now, some months ago you took away item (b) - that was a pain in the butt. And now item (a) has gone as well!!?? I can no longer see the number of email addresses (if any) that the resend will go to. (Or is it there and I just can't see it?) What is the world coming to? I really hate the way these web-based "software tools in the cloud" undergo ongoing continual refinement and development. I notice that when we "Export Contacts" to a CSV file, we are still getting the Contact's email address in the "Phone Number" field, and every other exported field across the record is still stuffed. Will this ever be fixed? Or will you continue to apologise and offer excuses? (Or am I doing something wrong?) Has this bug been allocated low priority because we are sick of providing "feedback"? Or is it just too hard? Your programmers should be able to program up a tool to address this issue. Robert Brain

HEY!!! I am just browsing back through the comments and replies of the last few months, and even though the CC staff have apologised, and empathised, and said they are working on it, the trugh is that THIS FACILITY IS STILL CRAP!!. When on earth will you be able to re-instate a useful EXPORT CONTACTS facility!??????????? I need to be able to quickly browse my downloaded table of 800+ contacts, and see which of my 30+ lists each contact is suibscribed to. With the current EXPORT CONTACT tool this is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE, AND A TOTAL WASTE OF FRIGGING TIME. It's been several months since you stuffed up this system!!!! IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO MANAGE MY CONTACTS?????????

A few months ago, after the latest major "upgrade" [sic] to CC, the EXPORT CONTACTS tool became completely USELESS!!!!! (when contacts are in multiple lists, the resulting CSV file is not meaningful - total waste of time). At the time, many CC users complained and posted comments and complaints, and it IS STILL NOT FIXED. This is absolutely atrocious.

When resending an email to the "new contacts" who have been added to a list, I want to see exactly which contacts are the new ones who will be receiving the email. In the old CC system, when stepping through the "resend email" process, if we chose the option to send to "New contacts since last email was sent", it told us how many contacts this is, AND we could see a list of the contacts. The new CC system does not have an option to show us the list of contacts. If it is there, I cannot see it. Please show me where it is. If it is missing, can we have this reinstated please???? (It is very dangerous to upgrade a system and remove functionality in the process. This does not please the user community). kind regards Robert Brain (aka Brainy)

I still hate your changes to Contact Management. The old interface was much more useful. I am looking at the entry for one of my contacts, and I notice he "clicked" in a recent email communication, and I want to see which link he clicked on. HOW THE HELL CAN I DO THIS? There appears to be no way to view this information!!!!!! BRING BACK THE OLD INTERFACE. Robert Brain
