The best and most straightforward path for what you're describing would be to either:
copy the email you sent
copy a master template, if you've made one
create a new email
Once you've performed one of the above actions, simply schedule that email for the date you want it to send to your list of contacts. Repeat these steps until you've made and scheduled all the emails you want to do ahead of time.
