I do apologize that you are having troubles paying the bill. If you have multiple user roles on the account, you will want to make sure you are logged in as the Account Owner. Only the Account Owner login has access to any kind of billing information for the account.
To make sure you are assisted, I have gone ahead and opened a ticket to have someone from our billing team reach out to you at the primary phone number on file for your account. Please keep in mind that these can sometimes take a couple of business days, depending on queue size.
