Hello Wilard,
Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support. I’m sorry that you didn’t receive the email we sent in reply to this inquiry. We will typically reply via the community post or email depending on the circumstances but we appreciate your feedback and will be sure to take this into consideration for visibility on the forum going forward when replying to inquiries.
Upon reviewing Essential Addons’ documentation on the Login/Register form addon, I’m not seeing any reference to support for a Constant Contact subscribe checkbox. You may want to reach out to Essential Addons’ support team to see if this is possible.

Elementor lists MailOptin as providing integrations with Constant Contact for their plugin. MailOptin’s documentation on these integrations is not public facing but you may also want to reach out to them to see if they offer support for adding a Constant Contact subscribe checkbox to Elementor forms.

As far as supported alternatives go, the Constant Contact Forms for WordPress plugin provides a subscribe checkbox and does not require an API key to use. Below I’m including the documentation for this plugin.

We also offer a variety of forms available to create through constantcontact.com that include a consent notification above the subscribe button with a link to our Privacy Policy. I’m including documentation on those forms below.

Please note that Essential Addons and Elementor are 3rd party products and not built or supported by Constant Contact, so we are limited in the support we can provide, but will try to answer any questions to the best of our ability as they pertain to Constant Contact's API endpoints and functionality. Constant Contact makes these endpoints available for 3rd party developers to create integrations with our system.
Please have a look and let us know if you have any other questions!
