Echoing all the comments above...how many times do people have to complain about Constant Contact's terrible user experience before you fix it? I have to input a code every single time I log into CC, even though it's from the same device. I have so many regrets about signing up for a year-long contract and will be looking for another provider when the contract is up. And the industry standard line? You could at least try to pretend you're a real person and not some robot spouting the BS you've been told to say.
