This doesn't really seem like a Product Idea, this would fit more in our Questions & Discussions board.
Does this occur with every wifi your mobile devices are on, or just hers in particular? Have other contacts of yours said they couldn't open the link when using their phones on wifi, as opposed to mobile data?
