IMPORTANT: If you’re a contractor or someone who otherwise expects to be added as a user to multiple Constant Contact accounts, it’s strongly advised that you change your username to something unique after being added as a user.
If you need your email address removed as the username on an account you cannot access (e.g. the account is cancelled or expired), you must call in for account security protocol compliance, after which you can submit a request to have the username changed in the inaccessible account.
