We are an extremely small business, a health and wellness provider in our community. Also, not a lot of marketing experience in house! Our biggest challenge is reaching the majority of our potential customers and partners. Over the last ~16 months, using Constant Contact, we grew our client email list by 100%, and social media by 30-40%. That would be our biggest success. That, and about double the number of referrals. (Marketing skills improving through trial and error.) Of course, these results may sound solid and sustaining but we still seem to work just as hard to fill up our services and offerings. We really need to continue reaching new segments of our community and keep them coming back.
