The Clearinghouse Foodpantry was created in 1981 to feed and clothe those in need in our community. When we started with constant contact I wanted to keep in contact with clients and donors. Little did I know how much it would grow. We now do a monthly newsletter and special mailings to over 1,400 emails. We accomplished this through a landing page on our website which emails us when people would like to be added to our newsletters. We have always taken donations through our website and newsletters with another service. A few weeks ago I received an email explaining how to use the payment option through Constant Contact. I felt like this would be a good addition to the service we already have to collect donations. Since I activated this service our donations have increased substantially, because of the easy access.
