Our organization was using an in-house email campaign for our newsletters, before we joined Constant Contact in late 2023. Once we started using the professional format and templating available to us through Constant Contact we had the capability to track our successes in a new and exciting way. We now send out our newsletter (and event specific emails) multiple times a month and we routinely garner over 50% open rates on those communications. This has allowed us to increase participation in events, as well as field almost 600 volunteers throughout the year.
