We don't have any insight on how the MemberPress system works, nor the externally-developed integration would work. I'd advise reaching out to their support, or the support of whomever developed the integration if different. Generally speaking, if an integration allows for a list selection to import contacts, then it's as simple as creating a list in your Constant Contact account, then selecting the corresponding list for the integration connection.
