William, I'm having a similar problem, but the "sideways" photo is only visible by two people who have Apple computers.  I have a PC and am generating the email and it looks fine to me.  It also looks correct on my iphone 13.  All the other photos in the email are okay.  It's just this one.  We haven't sent the email out yet and I'm concerned that people with Apple computer will see this issue. I also asked about this, more than a year later.  CC hasn't updated this to limit responses to one?  They need to make this change and not require an upgrade to access it.  Surveys are useless unless you can control the number of responses from one person. ... View more
