Limit the number of times a recipient can access a survey link

You need to be able to only allow a single response for a survey. The way it is now, the survey link can be accessed as many times as wanted and can throw off data.

I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base about this. We tested a survey, going to a specific list. We will know who the respondents are and want to make sure we receive only one response from each of them. How do we ensure this?

I also asked about this, more than a year later.  CC hasn't updated this to limit responses to one?  They need to make this change and not require an upgrade to access it.  Surveys are useless unless you can control the number of responses from one person.
