It's interesting. I was able to replicate the issue, but when I spoke with my advanced support team they were not. They were able to convert the PDF to Email successfully. They want to take a new case and follow up with you personally, to see if maybe there is something else going on that's not letting you do it.
Could you just confirm if you would prefer to be reached by email or phone? And you don't have to give me the email or phone number, just confirm that what is currently listed on your account is correct? Once I have the confirmations, I'll submit a ticket to the advanced support and they'll follow up within 4 business days of the ticket being created. Thank you for your patience!
