Circling back on this as I have been waiting for over 3 hours for a segment to load and it is a really easy segment of only about 150 contacts. Please get this issue fixed!

This is what I see when I go into an already created segment. I cannot see what qualifications I originally made. I have to click edit in order to see what I chose. Is that a glitch? Just want to be sure because its super time consuming to have to click into each segment, into edit, and figure out what I chose as my qualifications.

It would be nice when you click into a segment, if you could see the qualifications of what made that segment. I Should not have to click into EDIT to see what the segment is and how it was created. Currently, it only shows you the name of the segment, and the subscribers that are qualified.

There should be an option to name your Lists in the backend so that subscribers cannot see your internal data. But then we should also be able to name them differently so that subscribers are able to properly choose what lists they want to be on. We use certain verbiage for lists with our team, but we use a totally different naming of lists for our subscribers to make it easy for them to choose what topics they want to hear from us on.

It would be nice, when someone registers for an event or product, to be able to message that person directly within Constant Contact. For example, someone bought a ticket from us, and I want to send them their QR code within Constant Contact under their purchase. That way I do not have to manually email them from my email account, hoping the email will land in their inbox rather than a random folder like Promotions or Spam.
