I'm new to Segments, just made my first one today! And it's taking forever to process, delaying the emails I'm supposed to be sending out. I'm just trying to take a list of about 700 alumni and remove out the ones who registered to an upcoming event (like 160 of them) so that I don't send them reminders to register when they already did. Yet here we are, hung up and forever processing... So I guess I'll storm onward, manually doing everything in Excel once again. 🙃

Agreed. Please fix! We get complaints from registrants all the time, asking my team to fix this issue. They want the file they get from clicking an 'Add to Calendar' button to include the location and/or Zoom link. Other event platforms have figured this out, and we are honestly considering using them instead to our registrants have a better user experience. Including the location/Zoom details in the confirmation emails is not enough. People will not think to look back at that; they will only look to the calendar entry.
