You can upload the email addresses of your existing contacts or use any of our available list growth tools to grow your lists by capturing new contacts from different sources. We do not provide email addresses or accept contacts that only have phone numbers. You'll also want to keep in mind our Permission Policy that forbids the upload of contacts who have not opted in to receive emails from you.
