It looks like you're on an older legacy plan that wouldn't have access to the Archive widget anyway. I'm not sure why the option to archive is showing for you at all, but everything else in your account plan and billing isn't showing that the archive would be available to you. You may need to convert over to the modern Standard or Premium plan to access it. Otherwise, I'd advise calling our Billing team for further insight on your account type, and what features you should have access to.
