+1 for this idea - we send to several lists, and it would be great to be able to see the annual reporting for campaigns sent to a specific list.

There wouldn't really be, beyond going through your individual emails' reports for that link. You'd also want to keep in mind whether or not the image has a unique link. If it's for a common link in your emails (e.g. your org's website), then that would end up getting clustered into the reporting from other places that link may be attached to - custom footers, other text links pushing contacts to visit the same URL, etc.
