I'd advise checking to make sure there aren't missing details on any of the tabs in that pop-up window, for both the Profile Details and the Business Details tabs.
If the issue persists, despite making sure all of those fields are filled out, it may be connectivity based and necessitate checking if the error still shows when checking other browsers or incognito/private mode to see if those allow the changes through.
If the issue persists beyond that, then I'd advise calling our general support for further live troubleshooting or to have us securely fill it out on our end.
