You'd either need to recreate the event and use that one's landing page, or you'd need to manually add the standalone landing page's link to emails, social posts, etc.

There wouldn't be any method of them submitting this as part of the registration - either they would need to send it to you outside of the system and you respond by providing a discount code, or you'd have to provide the discount code another way.
