I wanted to set a color for the background with a pattern, but it's not working. It seems that I'm only able to adjust it in the left top corner by "editing the section". It allows me to change the color there but no pattern options, those are in the Design tab that's not working.

Is there an update on this request nearly 9 years after it's been posted? This would save so much time. Templates are nice, but when you want to mix and match elements from different templates it'd be nice to just drop them into place.
