Hello, I'm Felicia Shanken, founder of the Philadelphia Women's Network Connection, LLC and PWNC Foundation our nonprofit. Philadelphia Women’s Network Connection, LLC is a certified economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB) and minority business enterprise (MBE) organization. For over 5 years, we have been dedicated to empowering women small business owners and solo entrepreneurs. We offer a range of services that focus on leadership and business development training, equity and inclusion training, and more. By providing valuable training and support, we assist our clients in developing the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the business world. PWNC Foundation, Inc. was created in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. PWNC Foundation, Inc., empowers women in underserved communities to become successful entrepreneurs. Our goal is to help these women start their own businesses and revitalize their communities by offering services and employment. What I love best about running my own business is the freedom to work when I want to but also the opportunity to meet and connect with some fascinating people in the business spectrum. I also love the opportunity of working with women in their business, we are stronger together. I truly love what I do especially when it comes to leadership. When I'm not running my business, I love traveling with my husband, spending time with the fur baby and just enjoying life and wht it has to offer.
