If people are replying to your emails sent through us, then they should be defaulting to your listed reply-to address. We wouldn't have any further control over that since the replies originate outside our system and go directly to the reply-to, nor would we be impeding that functionality.
A few support questions:
Have you checked to see if your email program or network is spam filtering replies?
Do you have any calls-to-action in your email so people are aware they should be replying to you?
Are you utilizing a mailto: link within the email, attached to either a text, image, or button?
