Some common troubleshooting for these include the following:
Would you have any insight if the people reporting the failure were on the same network?
Would they have been using VPNs, ad/pop-up blockers, browser extensions, or other software that could conflict with Cloudflare's anti-bot system?
Would they have moved off the survey screen for an extensive period of time, or swiped away their phone's browser app, and come back to they survey afterwards- thus causing a connection disruption or time out?
