@DenaM89 agree more info would be helpful - if you are trying to import by spreadsheet "all at once" be sure to map the columns OR choose "skip this column" if it's problematic or contains irrelevant data or data that doesn't need to be in your marketing system - sometimes that import gets stuck but the notice above about skipping gets missed. ...
