As a California Community College, we use Constant contact to communicate with our students. Twice each month, we send student eNewsletters (Seahawk Student eNews) to all of our currently enrolled students. Our eNewsletters typically do much better than the 23% open rate (that is the industry standard open rate for higher education emails) but the one we sent at the end of the semester on 12/12/2024 received a 75.6% open rate!
