hello i uploaded 3 groups of customers that i target into constant contact in the form of lists. i then sent out a really good email to one group then another, then another, then spoke to customer services and they said resend which i did.   i received about 10 responses and then from one of those closed one deal for the size of contract i was looking for.   i now want to start email marketing again, but everything is a mess.   what do normal people do? do they download all contacts and see who has opened the email and put them to one side for later and then examine the bounces and try and find correct emails for them to be set aside for a future email and then look at the unopens and then put them with the fixed bounces and then send those all togther. and then when everyone has received the same email then write a new email?   i am sorry about this - i just need to know best practice and what do do here. and do people download everything from constant contact and work from spreadsheets and then upload them - please can someone provide me clarity as i am blind and dont know what do do. thank you and sorry!!!!! ...
