Hello @IshaniB7 ,   For Compliance and technical reasons, being able to CC people for emails isn't on our roadmap. Emails are treated as direct, individual sendouts, so a CC function would just result in the CC'd person receiving multiple copies of the email from a technical standpoint, and would run aground Compliance functions like anti-spam, billing / permissions avoidance, etc.   Since email replies happen wholly outside of our system, we would not be able to see, nor pull in that info for reporting and managing. ...
