I'm importing contacts from an Excel spreadsheet, but after import, there are records missing from the list. For example, I imported a list of lapsed members from Excel (five members total), and when it is done, I get the message "Import complete. 5 contacts were updated." However, the lapsed member list only shows a total of 3 contacts. I tried importing a second time to the same list, with the same results. I attached a screenshot below, note the green message bar that says 5 contacts were updated, but the Lapsed Member list only shows 3 contacts. Has anyone else experienced this, and have you found a resolution?
