Hello @KathyB013 ,   This more aligns with our general support Questions & Discussions board, so I'll be moving the post there.    If you're having trouble inserting a particular URL into your email, try using a different URL shortener, or use the full URL. Links inserted into emails are going to be rewritten for click tracking either way, so a shortened URL typically will just serve as an aesthetic for when you're wishing to display the URL in the text. ...
