We use CC to send our employee HR newsletter to about 30,000 people every week. I just discovered that about 500 email addresses are suspended! Mind you, we use the latest data each and every week, so all or almost all of the emails should be valid. I found instructions for unsuspending email accounts (https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/email-digital-marketing/articles/KnowledgeBase/35849-Unsuspend-a-Suspended-Email-Address) but the instructions are off and I'm wondering if it's because I just said "yes" to the new CC hub design. Specifically, in Step 4 it says to "Click the three dots next to the email address you want to unsuspend and choose Edit" -- but there are no "three dots" to click on in my current view. Could someone help me figure out how to unsuspend emails? Or how to revert to the old CC design? I need to remedy this situation!
