Hello @user0376251 ,   The images provided in the article are for the newer account UI, and matches with what displays in your account for the new UI. If you're not seeing 3 dots next to each bounced contact, then it's possible you're not looking in the correct area of your reporting, or you're zoomed in enough that you need to scroll to the side to see everything on the page.   Considering the sheer number of bounced contacts you believe to be validated, I'd advise calling our delivery team so they can do a larger unsuspend.
