Hello @StacyL148 This looks great. However, I think it can perform a lot better with a few simple tweaks.
Subject Line & Preheader Suggestions Consider testing a more benefit-driven subject line to increase open rates. For example:
“How to Cut Facility Costs with One Simple Step”
“Save Thousands with Smart Maintenance – Here’s How”
Also, be sure the preheader text supports the subject line and encourages the open. Right now it’s just showing part of the email copy.
Header Section Enhancements
Move the CTA to the top and make it bolder. Example:
“Call Now to Learn How We’ll Save You Money!”
Add a brightly colored SAVE NOW button right next to or under that headline.
Include your phone number in the header—make it super easy for someone to call you immediately
Consider adding a quick value prop under the logo, like: “Trusted Preventative Maintenance Since 1983”
Images & Clickability
I love the use of images! Just be sure every image links back to a relevant landing page or your home page.
Body Copy Suggestions
You did a great job addressing pain points (unexpected costs, downtime, etc.).
Consider bolding key phrases or using bullet points for the main benefits so people can scan easily.
Add a brief testimonial or stat to build trust: “Our clients save an average of 23% on maintenance costs annually.” or “See how [Client Name] reduced emergency repairs by 40% in 6 months.”
Stronger Closing CTA
Your CTA at the end could be a little more action-oriented. For example: “Schedule your free facility walk-through today—see where you can save!” or “Let’s find out how much you’re leaving on the table—call us today!”
Additional thoughts:
Add social icons if you have them, especially LinkedIn for B2B audiences.
Consider an incentive: “Mention this email and get a free filter check with your next service.”
Make sure the footer has your business address and full contact info to build trust and stay CAN-SPAM compliant.
