Hello everyone, I recently became the admin for my non-profit's Constant Contact account, and I'm facing some challenges with our contact list. We currently have over 2,000 contacts, but the list is quite messy, including incomplete entries like missing email addresses and partial names. I'm considering deleting all contacts and reimporting a clean list, but I'm unsure about the repercussions, especially for those who have opted out, unsubscribed, or are actively subscribed. I want to ensure we retain any necessary data and comply with best practices. Could anyone share recommendations on better methods to handle this situation?
