At this time, we do not have plans to include this type of notification in accounts. We have a workaround to find these contacts:
Create tag called "unsubscribed"
Add all unsubscribes to that tag
Periodically either check the permission status of everyone in the tag list by modifying the columns then sorting or export including permission status.
Remove the tag from resubscribed contacts.
This is a manual workaround but if we hear updates about us revisiting this request, we'll update the post.
