So let's see: Constant Contact decides, in their inimitable wisdom, to insert a GIANT Constant Contact logo at the bottom of ALL my emails..it stands out more than my own logo does. Then, when I ask how to remove it, I'm told "Hey, for just $99, we can remove that and put your own logo there." SERIOUSLY? You DEFACE my email and then offer to CHARGE me to fix it? I say "RIP OFF" Fix this now.

Your support lines are unacceptable..."30 minutes?" Seriously? Clearly, Constant Contact does NOT "value" it's customers....what kind of service is this? Other companies will offer to call you back if hold times are unreasonable. Not only are these times ridiculously long and RUDE, but that MUSIC YOU PLAY IS NAUSEATING! You don't even bother to change it up...just the same sickening crap for 30 frickin' minutes? C'mon, this is pathetic.

Just tried to add an important new contact to one of my lists and needed to send some important previous items we've sent out. Upon adding their name and info, I looked in VAIN for "Quick Send" and it was nowhere to be found. I called CC twice, the first time, after a long bunch of dallying around, listening to her complain of her slow computer, I hung up and called back..got a new tech. She says "Oh, you're using the new version. We no longer have "Quick Send" as one of our features, our Team is looking into that." SAY WHAT? YOU ELIMINATE AN IMPORTANT FEATURE LIKE THIS WITHOUT A. INFORMING US AHEAD OF TIME and, B. CLEARY DIDN'T THINK IT WAS IMPORTANT THAT WE BE ABLE TO SEND PREVIOUS MESSAGES TO OUR NEW SUBSCRIBERS? CC, what in the heck are you thinking? If I knew of another service, I'd quit here and move immediately. This isn't "service" it's NO SERVICE.

I've been with Constant Contact for over 10 years. For the most part, I love the service...that is, all but technical support, it stinks! Not the reps, mind you, they're terrific, it's the entire call in process...After telling the computer my name, I am forced to listen to a bunch of phony "clicking" as though there's an tech actually looking for the section I requested ("Event support" how complex is THAT?) upon which I'm forced to listent o more clicking before it tells me "I can get you to someone...." sigh. THEN, I'm told "It's a busy support day..." It's ALWAYS a "busy support day" perhaps hire some more techs? Then I'm told wait time is 25 minutes!!! Upon which, I'm forcecd to listen to the most nauseating music, the same refrain over and over and over and over and over and over and over ....plus more commercials. Constant Contact, this is HORRIBLE!!! Here's an idea...manhy GOOD companies actually have a CALL BACK service so I don't have to sit here and listen to your nauseating music for almost a half hour. C'mon, this isn't hard.

After over 10 years with CC, I have been using old templates because they are easy, format well and, most importantly, they WORK! However, anytime I had a question or issue, I'd call and the first words I heard were "Oh, ohhhh, you're using the OLD template/editor..." So, finally (I'm slow), I upped my game to use the new templates/editor. Big mistake! One would think that something as easy as placing a caption underneath an image would be doable...right? WRONG! Or, how about this...I wanted to have two, count 'em, TWO images along the same line within a text block...tech rep just told me "nope, can only do one image" Improvement? I think not...oh, and what about padding? Novel idea, eh? Use the old templates/editor folks, this is a step BACKWARDS not forwards!

I have the same frustration over this "new and improved" editor. I really dislike it and the loss of captioning a photo simply baffles me!
