Hello @TaniaH ,   If you're using our Instagram social inbox tool, then you'd need to know the Insta user's full handle / username, and simply type that out with the @. So, for example, you wouldn't be doing @ John Doe, you'd be doing @JohnDoe'sUsername123. Please keep in mind that since we aren't the native Instagram platform, we wouldn't be able to pull up suggestions for a type-ahead, you'd need to know the exact username you're tagging.  ...
