We too need more than 10 account users for how our system works. 20 would be a good limit. As it stands now, our system is less secure than it should be as we have multiple people sharing log-in information. The addition of mandatory two-factor authentication has made just being able to send newsletters a bit nightmarish. I am confused as to how Constant Contact comes up with their limits. In addition to account user limits, Constant Contact also limits the number of inline forms to 50, which is also not feasible for our company. Nowhere is this limit posted until you reach the actual limit. Very frustrating, indeed.
