Did the activity status (i.e., how many were added, updated, etc.) that now only fleetingly flashes on the screen before disappearing after adding contacts always disappear too quickly to see? It would be nice if it displayed on the screen rather than having to click the Activity link to see how many were added, etc.

My apologies. I just sent feedback about the new home page pre-logging in. I realize now it's actually the page that appears after you log out that's just white with blue unless you're in full screen mode. The pre-login page is quite nice. - LP

The layout or structure of the new blue and white homepage is such that I only see a lot of white with blue banner and/or lettering. Not appealing at all. The picture that makes this otherwise rather plain (translate: boring and looks like every other plain website) home page much more interesting only appears if I fully enlarge the browser window. Maybe this could be fixed so the page looks good without having to be in full screen mode. (I don't actually know many people who prefer full-screen mode as the norm. Just sayin...) - LP

What would be very helpful for us with these new Landing Pages: being able to select one default list for everyone who signs up AND being able to offer a few more lists that people could also choose to be added to. For us, this would allow people to be on the General Interest list and to also choose to be on the email list for their particular region. We would need to choose which lists they could pick from, but it would be a huge help to have this option with the Landing Pages. Barring that, it would be really, really, really helpful if we could again create or copy/edit existing basic landing pages.

It's very confusing to be editing mailing lists on a particular contact and have the selected lists seemingly disappear from the contact. Selecting Contacts and doing a new search usually refreshes the list and restores it, but it's disconcerting.
Even more disconcerting and also frustrating is when the list of available mailing lists to select is truncated in the pop-up window for selecting the lists. Again, I'm having to select Contacts, do a new search and go back into the particular record to have the proper lists show up.
Not sure what's happening, but it appears there's a limited amount of editing that can be done before the website overloads and stops refreshing properly. 😞

It would be truly helpful to have a warning message pop up when choosing to delete an email. In recently updating a contact, I thought I would delete the old email address then add a new one. Unfortunately, it was not self-evident to me that deleting the email would remove all the lists this person was on. I anticipated simply deleting one email, then adding another one.
If not a warning pop-up window, perhaps a simple well-placed line that recommends to edit or first add the email address or the lists will be lost.

It would really be helpful to know who did the unsubscribing for a particular contact. We occasionally have had people "opt-out" and move to the "Do not mail" group in the old system. It was a nuisance when they later changed their mind and wanted to start receiving emails. We're still not clear on how the new system works if someone unsubscribes themselves. Main concern: if we don't know they were the ones who took themselves off the list, we might inadvertently add them to a new list, not knowing they don't want any contact. If it's clear they unsubscribed, we can contact them individually to find out.
