Thanks for responding. Unfortunately 5 actions seems to include key strokes and then it hangs up saving for up to 2 seconds, which may not seem like much, but is very frustrating and has significantly added to editing and creating newsletters. In light that half the country is online right now with schools online so internet and wifi are already slower, this is becoming more than frustrating. As for the colors - not a thing. I save everything and come back and a text beneath or over another box that had a colored background now has background color that was never directed. It is sporadic and makes no sense. I understand gremlins and such, but the latest update has been nothing but frustrating.

The implementation of the autosave has essentially doubled the amount of time it takes to create an email. Saving after virtually every keystroke makes it incredibly difficult to work with, especially for some reason over wifi. Especially on Friday afternoons, which seem to be getting slower and slower. Please change the autosave to trigger every 5 minutes at the most. It is becoming beyond frustrating to use this site, and we have been customers for well over 10 years. I am at the point of looking at other email services. And why in the world are certain boxes spontaneously getting background color when that was never something I did??
